“Why support Portland Music?”

“Portland has a reputation as one of the country’s creative capitals and our local music scene is a powerful example of the city and its residents' support of the arts. We know visitors are drawn to concerts in our wonderful music venues – both large and small – and it is a privilege for Travel Portland to support Portland Music Month, the numerous musicians who call this city home, and those who bring their tours through Portland as part of this month-long celebration.”

-Billie Moser, VP Of International Affairs and Strategic Projects

Rainier

Rainier was born in Seattle in 1878, some say we named the mountain, but we really can’t take all the credit. Since then, we have been sharing the liquid gold Pacific Northwestern’s have loved for years! Did you know Mount Rainier is almost exactly halfway between Portland and Seattle? Guess you could say Portland is our second home.

“Why support Portland Music?”

Rainier is enjoyed by Portland’s music-lovers in venues of all sizes. So, it’s only right for us to give back and support the community that has long supported Rainier.

kink.fm

Although KINK's format has evolved over the years, its sound, philosophy, target audience, marketing, and community involvement have remained fundamentally consistent over its 50+ year history, a rarity in commercial broadcasting. Many of KINK's DJs have been associated with the station for decades. In the vernacular of commercial radio, KINK is known as a "heritage" radio station.

Living Room Realty

Living Room Realty is Real estate, done differently. "We get it. Your home is more than a shelter, it’s a reflection of your lifestyle and values, a place to express yourself and think big. You want space to create, plant a garden, be a neighbor, take a deep breath, sing in the shower. You want parks and bike lanes and great coffee. Where’s your living room? We’ll help you find it."

“Why support Portland Music?”

Music's been foundational to our success, and we believe supporting Music is critical to the city's current, and future success. We are proud to be able to give back and support our local music scene that's given us so much. Living Room Realty’s founder, Jenelle Etzel, is a former touring musician, who credits her experience in music with giving her the “ creativity, grit, confidence and experience needed to run a successful business”. Many of Living Room’s clients and staff are musicians, or lovers of music that moved to Portland for the thriving Arts and music scene. We built this city on rock n roll and we believe we can rebuild it with music as well!
