Based in Portland, Oregon and comprised of seasoned players from across the musical spectrum, Daystar is inspired by Wings, The Faces, Badfinger and basements on hills. Featuring Derek Phillips (Riviera, INDIANHEAD), Joel Roth (The Low Bones, J. Moses and The Ragged Sunday), Kelly Simmons (Man of the Year, Nouveauxfaux, Blue Skies for Black Hearts), Nick Foltz (Truckstop Darlin', Low Light). Daystar will sound familiar, but not derivative.
