The Cosmic Zero & Sam LoBue

The Cosmic Zero is the moniker of Portland based singer/songwriter Landon Jenkinson. Landon writes songs exploring themes of nature, biology, paradox, psychedelia and existentialism. His music draws from 1970s psychedelic folk-rock such as Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, George Harrison and The Band as well as indie folk contemporaries like Sufjan Stevens, Fleet Foxes and Wilco.

Since February, 2023, The Cosmic Zero has been accompanied by the agile multi-instrumentalist Sam LoBue on pedal steel guitar. Inspired by the energy of their live performances, The Cosmic Zero & Sam LoBue teamed up in the fall of 2023 to record Everything EP.
