Located across the street from the Roseland, the Star Theater is like its own weird little paradise. Other than being the spot for everything from fog-machine filled goth and post-punk sounds to taking in a little cabaret, their patio is where its at. There’s food, an outside bar, fire pits, more seating than you’d expect and many nooks and crannies to seek refuge in when it gets too hot on the floor level by the stage. If you get there early enough, you can snag a spot on the mezzanine but even if not, rest assured that they’ve at least got more than one bathroom.
